Due Diligence research is billed at a flat fee of $150 per report, per subject, regardless of the findings. Even a No-Hit report is billed at the flat rate, as the research and analysis are still performed in full. Requests are limited to one subject per submission; additional subjects require separate submissions.

The Due Diligence report is not a consumer report and is not governed by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). It may not be used, in whole or in part, to determine eligibility for credit, insurance, employment, housing, or any other purpose enumerated under the FCRA. By submitting a request, you agree not to use the report for any FCRA-regulated purpose.

By submitting a request, you represent and certify that you are a law firm or an authorized agent of a licensed attorney with permission to submit such a request, or that the request is made in connection with a legitimate legal matter and for a permissible purpose. Coastal Research conducts internal due diligence to evaluate and validate all submissions and reserves the right to process only those requests originating from legitimate legal sources. Requests submitted by private individuals will not be accepted. All results, reports, and materials are intended strictly for client eyes only.
